Refund Policy
In the event that you are unhappy with any part of the food item, you can reach out to us at order@chaloindiankitchen.com or call Customer Care at +1 616-298-7018 & +1 616-368-7115. Please do so within 24 hours of the date you received the unsatisfactory item. If related to ingredients or condition of the food item, we, at our sole discretion, may give you credit for the individual ingredient or food item, and in some situations, issue a partial or full refund. However, We reserve the right to require either the return of the unsatisfactory ingredient or food item or a photograph before any partial/full refund or credit will be issued. Any future release, update or other addition to the Offerings shall be subject to this Agreement. Chalo, its suppliers, and its service providers reserve all rights not granted in this Agreement.
